Service Definition
The Provider offers access to an automated trading algorithm designed for use on capital market trading accounts. The algorithm independently analyzes market data, identifies potential trading opportunities, and executes trades based on predefined algorithmic models established by the Provider. The connection between the algorithm and the customer’s trading account is made via an API interface.

Subscription Period
Every new customer receives the first month free for the algorithmic trading subscription. From the second month onwards, customers are required to purchase a monthly subscription at a recurring cost of $50. Each subscription period begins on the date of purchase and ends after 30 days.
In the event of a cancellation request, the service will remain active until the end of the current month and will automatically terminate at the end of the month.

Risk Disclaimer
Trading using algorithms in the capital market involves significant risks. These risks include market fluctuations that may lead to financial losses, including the potential for a total loss of investment. The Subscriber agrees that the use of the service is at their full responsibility and acknowledges the risks involved.

Liability and Limitations
The Provider shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or expense arising from the use or attempted use of the service, nor for any actions or omissions in account management.

Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled at any time by sending an email to idan@innovai.app or through the contact form on the website, with a cancellation request. The customer is required to specify whether they wish to cancel immediately or at the end of the paid period. If the customer wishes to cancel immediately, they must specify it. Otherwise, the subscription will end at the conclusion of the current purchase period (30 days from the last payment date).

Subscription Purchase
The subscription purchase will be made through PayPal’s secure payment system. After the first month free, from the second month onward, customers will be asked to make a recurring monthly payment of $50 through the system.

Changes and Updates
In the event of any changes or updates to the subscription or service, the information will be sent to customers 30 days prior to the changes.

Legal Jurisdiction
The legal jurisdiction regarding matters related to the law falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Israel, in accordance with the country’s laws.

Consent to Terms
By clicking the consent button or upon completion of the purchase, the subscriber confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this contract, as well as the information regarding the risks associated with the service.

Subscription Agreement
Purchasing a subscription to the InnovAI algorithm will constitute an agreement to all the above terms, and the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this contract.

Algorithm Development
The development of the algorithm and its methodologies are the intellectual property of InnovAI’s founder. The trading methods are not publicly disclosed, but it can be shared that they are based on highly calculated risk management, with entry (long) and exit (short) points determined at levels with the lowest Stop Loss (S.L) margin, to ensure minimal losses.

Trading Methods
The InnovAI algorithm operates based on a method of identifying supply and demand zones in the market. Following identification, the algorithm performs a series of actions and thorough checks, and if all conditions are met, it sends buy and sell orders, with defined Stop Loss (S.L) and Take Profit (T.P) levels. Even after sending the orders, the algorithm continues to monitor the purchased stock and manages the position according to predefined conditions and developments, with the aim of ensuring calculated risk management.
